ACS Composite Rock Guards - C8 Corvette ZR1 and ZR1X Mud Flaps

The ACS Composite Rock Guards, part numbers 50-4-152 front and 50-4-154 with 50-4-156 rear, are molded PC composite guards for the 2025 and later C8 Corvette ZR1 and the 2026 and later C8 Corvette ZR1X, coupe and convertible, with the 5.5L LT7 V8. They clip into the factory mounting points inside the wheel well and are cut for the widebody flares both cars wear.

Power is what makes this a different problem. A car putting this much torque through the rear tires picks up loose stone and fires it at its own bodywork, every time the throttle goes down. The rocker takes the first hit and the lower quarter takes the rest, and a track weekend makes both worse. These guards stand between the tire and the panel. Owners search for C8 Corvette ZR1 mud flaps, which is fair, except these mount inside the wheel opening rather than hanging below the body, so the car keeps its shape.

Product Details

Benefits

  • Takes the stone strike that a 5.5L LT7 car generates for itself under throttle
  • Protects the rocker and the lower quarter, the panels that show chips first
  • Carbon Flash Metallic Black reads as factory trim, not as an accessory bolted on afterwards
  • Holds down the carbon ceramic brake dust that settles behind the wheels
  • Corvette rock guards that live inside the wheel opening
  • Front, rear or both, so the end that takes the most abuse can go on first

What to Expect

  • The guards clip into the mounting points already in the wheel well. Nothing is cut or drilled
  • Wheels stay on. A trim tool helps release the OEM bezel and ACS sells one if you do not have a set
  • The rear tunnel mesh lifts out on its own, so cleaning behind it leaves the guard in place
  • Reversible. The clips come out and the car goes back to standard

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. They fit the 2025 and later C8 Corvette ZR1 in coupe and convertible. The guards are cut for the widebody wheel openings your car has from the factory, and they use the mounting points already there.
Yes. The 2026 and later ZR1X shares the same body and the same wheel openings, so it takes the same set: 50-4-152 at the front, 50-4-154 with 50-4-156 at the rear.
Yes. ZTK is a wing, splitter and underbody aero package. These guards sit inside the wheel opening and do not touch any of it.
No. They clip to existing OEM mounting points, there is no tape and no drilling, and the wheels stay on the car. A trim tool helps release the OEM bezel and ACS sells a set if you do not have one.
No. The narrow body and the widebody take different guards, and yours is the widebody set: 50-4-152 at the front, 50-4-154 with 50-4-156 at the rear. Check those numbers before ordering and ask us if you are unsure.
