ACS Composite Canards - C8 Corvette ZR1 and ZR1X

The ACS Composite Canards, part [50-4-172]CFZ, are a molded PC composite pair that bolt to the inner fender and the front splitter of a C8 Corvette ZR1 from 2025 or a ZR1X from 2026. They are cut for the factory Aero Package splitter, RPO T0F, and for the ACS splitter [50-4-158]CFZ, and they are finished in Carbon Flash Metallic Black.

No other C8 leaves the factory with this much hardware working the back of the car. The wing, the uprights, the diffuser: all of it is already doing its job behind you. The front corner is the part nobody finished. Air arriving at the leading edge of the arch has the splitter under it and nothing outboard of it, and that is the gap this pair closes. They sit at the outer edge of the splitter and turn flow around the front wheel instead of letting it stack up in the corner, which is the same job the rest of the c8 corvette aero on this car is already doing further back. Owners searching c8 canards on the highest-output C8 built are looking at exactly this shape.

Product Details

  • Part number: 50-4-172 CFZ
  • Splitter required: the factory Aero Package splitter, RPO T0F, or the ACS 50-4-158
  • Supplied as: a left and a right, hardware in the box
  • Material: injection molded PC composite
  • Finish: Carbon Flash Metallic Black, matching the factory black trim these cars already wear
  • Held by: factory fender bolt locations plus 3M double sided tape along the splitter
  • Drilled: the splitter only. The bumper is never cut
  • Aero clearance: sits at the front corner, nowhere near the wing or its uprights
  • Time on the car: under thirty minutes with basic hand tools
  • Reversible: unbolt and lift, the body is unaltered
  • Origin: North America

Benefits

  • Gives the front corner something to do on a car whose rear aero is already decided
  • Adds front end grip and stability at speed, which is what the shape is for
  • Carbon Flash Metallic Black against a car that already carries a lot of factory black
  • Corvette canards that use bolt points already in the fender, so the panel is untouched
  • Comes off without a trace, which matters on a car this scarce

What to Expect

  • The wing stays where it is. Nothing about this job goes near the back of the car
  • Dry fit, mark, then drill the splitter. Those holes are the only permanent part of it
  • Bolt through the fender locations first and set the tape along the splitter face last
  • Work above sixty degrees so the tape pulls down properly

CORVETTE COMPATIBILITY

  • Body: Coupe and Convertible, widebody
  • Splitter: factory Aero Package, RPO T0F, or the ACS 50-4-158
