ACS Composite Painted Louvered Engine Panels for the C8 Z06 Coupe

ACS Composite 50-4-108 custom-painted louvered engine panels give the engine compartment of your 2023–2027 Corvette Z06 coupe with the 5.5L LT6 a finished, color-coordinated appearance. The two-piece set adds molded louver detail along both sides of the engine, replacing the visual emphasis of plain surrounding plastic with painted surfaces. You receive a driver-side panel and a passenger-side panel in your selected finish.

For a Z06 you display at shows, these panels bring color to the area around the LT6 rather than covering the engine itself. Choose a body-color theme for continuity with the exterior, or a contrasting color to define the louvered shape. The panels combine that painted appearance with injection-molded PC Composite construction and the mounting approach used by the factory RPO ZZ3 appearance panels.

Product Details

Construction: PC Composite formed by plastic injection in a metal tool, giving the panels their defined louver shapes.
Material: a thermally stable composite formulated for the heat encountered in the engine compartment.
Package: one driver-side engine panel and one passenger-side engine panel; supplied Torx bolts and nylon washer are used for mounting.
Finish: custom painted in the color selected from the available options. The full manufacturer part number combines 50-4-108 with the selected color suffix.
Intended use: street and show engine-bay appearance.

Benefits

The molded louvers give the side surfaces a defined profile instead of a flat panel treatment. PC Composite brings thermal stability to a part positioned beside the engine, while the molded construction forms the detail in the panel itself. The painted finish lets that shape blend into a body-color theme or stand out in contrast.

The factory-style mounting arrangement secures the panels with the supplied Torx hardware. A driver-side and passenger-side panel come together, so there is no separate left/right ordering decision.
