About The Carbon Fiber Tips
Each tip is a genuine carbon fiber shroud wrapped over a dual wall 304 stainless steel inner cone; the polished edge of that cone is the bright ring you see around the opening, and the CORSA logo is laser etched into every tip. Flat cut means the tip is cut straight across, so all four tips face you evenly from behind the car. A soft cloth keeps the weave clean, and the tips unbolt from the system on their own if you ever want to refresh or swap them.
Important Exhaust Notes
A check engine light is the thing C8 owners ask about most before they buy a valve delete, so here is the direct answer. Deleting the AFM valve takes out the hardware, not the ECU's expectation of it, so your installer either keeps the factory actuator motors on their brackets or fits electronic simulators in their place. Handled at install, your dash stays clean. Skipped, the light comes on. Because of GM factory build tolerances some C8 Corvettes also want the GM valve relearn sequence afterwards, and that procedure is GM Document ID 5406413. Your installer will know it.
