About The Carbon Fiber Tips
The carbon fiber exhaust tips on this system are flat cut: each tip is cut square across, so what shows at the back of the car is four woven carbon squares. Each tip is a carbon fiber shroud over a dual wall 304 stainless steel inner cone, and the polished edge of that cone is the bright ring at the opening. The CORSA logo is laser etched into each one. And the tips bolt to the system on their own, so they come off for cleaning or replacement without touching anything else.
Important Exhaust Notes
- Confirm your RPO NPP status before ordering. This system fits a Stingray built without NPP, the factory performance exhaust option. A 2021 or newer car that has NPP takes a different system, and this one will set a check engine light on it.
- No quiet mode exists on this system. The volume does not switch down for a neighborhood or a long cruise.
- RSC no-drone technology is not in this configuration.
- Professional installation is the recommended route. Because of GM factory tolerances, some C8 Corvettes need the GM valve relearn sequence afterwards, GM Document ID 5406413; have your installer run it if a check engine light appears.
