CORSA 21106BLK Muffler Delete Cat-Back Exhaust with Black PVD Tips for the C8 Corvette Stingray
Mufflers out, the AFM valve left in, quad 4.5 inch Black PVD tips at the tail: the CORSA 21106BLK is the one configuration in CORSA's NPP range that goes to full volume without giving up a factory valve. On a 2020-2026 C8 Corvette Stingray equipped with factory NPP, the mufflers come out and take NPP sound control with them, a 3.0 inch cat-back and custom X-pipe carry 13 decibels over stock from every cold start, and the AFM valve stays exactly where GM put it. That one retained piece is the reason this part number exists.
The system weighs 18 pounds less than the factory exhaust it replaces, and the 3.0 inch path through the custom X-pipe adds 18 horsepower and 16 lb-ft on CORSA's dyno. The valve that stays is the one that matters on a long drive.

About The Black PVD Tips
Four 4.5 inch Pro-Series quads, slash cut, finished in Black PVD over dual wall 304 stainless. The dual wall holds the outer surface cooler than a single wall tip, which is why the black keeps its depth through years of heat cycles. Against dark wheels the tips settle into the car's line; against a light car they draw the eye straight to the tail. They unbolt from the system on their own whenever you want a different face back there.
Important Exhaust Notes
Your car has two separate sets of exhaust valves, and this system treats them differently. The NPP valves live inside the mufflers, so they leave with the mufflers; their factory actuator motors stay with the car, retained on brackets or electronically simulated at install so the ECU still sees what it expects. The AFM valve is separate hardware and it stays, actuator and all, which is why economy-mode cruise keeps its factory damping here. Handled at install, your dash stays clean. Skipped, a check engine light follows.
- Confirm your car has factory NPP before ordering. This system is built for the Stingray that came with NPP. A car built without NPP takes a different CORSA system. Send us the VIN and we will check yours before you order.
- One volume, all the time. Quiet start and drive-mode switching leave with the mufflers, and RSC is not in this configuration. What stays behind is the AFM damping, not a quiet mode.
- Because of GM factory build tolerances, some C8 Corvettes want the GM valve relearn sequence after an exhaust install. That procedure is GM Document ID 5406413 and your installer will know it.
- This is a bolt-up system: it installs at the factory hangers and mounting locations with the hardware supplied in the kit. Professional installation is the recommended route.

Use Overview
Use the CORSA 21106BLK when you want the delete every day and still put real miles on the car: your NPP Stingray runs 13 over stock from the first cold start, and the kept AFM valve means the interstate stretch between the good roads does not wear on you. If you would rather have the drive modes back, the valved systems keep them at 9 over stock. Confirm your car has factory NPP and the install is a bolt-on afternoon.
