ACS Composite Corvette Jacking Pucks - C7 Corvette ZR1

The ACS Composite Jacking Pucks are four anodized aluminum lift pads that thread into the factory jack points of a 2019 C7 Corvette ZR1, coupe and convertible. They are machined from solid heavy-duty aluminum, give a 2.5 inch lifting surface, and come as black 45-4-195, red 45-4-197 or blue 45-4-196.

The ZR1 ran for a single model year, which changes the arithmetic on a marked rocker. There is no aftermarket panel waiting for one. A puck balanced on a lift arm is not a plan, it is a habit that has worked so far. A threaded aluminum pad at each factory jack point takes the question away: the jack pucks are already in position, flat and square to the arm, before anything leaves the ground.

Benefits

  • Removes the guesswork on a car with a build number and no spare panels
  • A machined aluminum face at the jack point rather than whatever the shop has in a drawer
  • Corvette jack pucks that travel with the car, including to a shop lift you did not choose
  • Aluminum and anodizing rather than rubber that compresses under a heavy car
  • Black, red or blue anodizing, chosen once and lived with

What to Expect

  • One short job with the supplied Allen key, and no permanent change to the car
  • Half an inch is added at the jack point and nowhere else on the car
  • Corvette lift pads this size give a floor jack a flat seat as well as a two post lift
  • Fit them before the car goes anywhere that lifts it for you

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. They thread into the factory jack points and live there. That is the whole point of them. You are not sliding a loose puck onto a lift arm and hoping it is centered.
Four pucks, four nuts and one Allen key. Four pucks covers all four jack points on the car, so one set does the whole Corvette.
No. They thread into the jack points already in the car and the supplied Allen key does the whole job in a few minutes.
Each puck is half an inch thick, so that much is added at the jack point only, not across the car. It is worth knowing if you use low ramps, and it changes nothing about ride height or ground clearance elsewhere.
Whichever you choose. Black is 45-4-195, red is 45-4-197 and blue is 45-4-196. All three are the same anodized aluminum puck and one color comes per set.
