Important Exhaust Notes
This axle-back does not preserve factory NPP valve-controlled sound adjustment. If your Stingray has AFM exhaust valves, retain the factory AFM motors for use with the included simulators. Those components address the AFM exhaust-valve installation; they do not make the Track Edition’s volume adjustable.
Order 3020-43081 for diamond black tips. Installation requires no engine tune. Position the rear sections and all four tips before final tightening, checking clearance around the fascia, chassis, and nearby components. Follow the installation instructions when securing the valve wiring and simulator assemblies.
To maintain the dark tip finish, wash away road residue with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive polishes, and give the outlets regular attention when the car is driven in road salt or deicing chemicals.
