American Car Craft 053171 Grand Sport Emblem Alternator Cover for C7 Corvette

The American Car Craft 053171 Alternator Cover brings the Grand Sport emblem to the engine bay of your 2017-2019 C7 Corvette Grand Sport. Its polished stainless base and brushed stainless top plate frame the GM-licensed emblem above the LT1 alternator area.

If you are adding Grand Sport details under the hood, this cover carries the model-specific emblem into the alternator area. It fits over the existing component as a bolt-on appearance accessory, not a replacement alternator.

Product Details

Frequently Asked Questions

Which Corvette Grand Sport years fit the ACC 053171 alternator cover?

It fits the 2017-2019 C7 Grand Sport with the LT1 engine. Chevrolet introduced the C7 Grand Sport for the 2017 model year.

What is polished and what is brushed on the ACC 053171 C7 Corvette Grand Sport cover?

The base is polished stainless steel and the top plate is brushed stainless steel. That combination gives the Grand Sport emblem a satin-metal backdrop with reflective trim around it.

Does the ACC 053171 C7 Corvette cover have the Grand Sport emblem or C7 crossed flags?

It is the Grand Sport-emblem version. Choose 053171 when you want the model-specific identity, rather than the separate color-selectable C7 crossed-flags cover.

Can I select an inlay color for the ACC 053171 C7 Corvette Grand Sport alternator cover?

This 053171 listing is supplied in its fixed polished/brushed configuration. It does not use the 15-color selection offered on the separate Deluxe crossed-flags listing.

It is a bolt-on accessory. Follow the instructions supplied for 053171.
