ACS Composite Corvette Jacking Pucks - C7 Corvette Grand Sport

The ACS Composite Jacking Pucks are a set of four anodized aluminum lift pads that thread into the factory jack points of a 2017 to 2019 C7 Corvette Grand Sport, coupe and convertible. Each is machined from solid heavy-duty aluminum with a 2.5 inch lifting surface, and a set ships as black 45-4-195, red 45-4-197 or blue 45-4-196.

The Grand Sport spends more time off the ground than most, for good reasons. Track tires go on Friday and street tires go back on Sunday, ride height gets checked, corner weights get argued about. That is a lot of lifting, and every one of those lifts is a chance to put an arm somewhere it should not be. A loose hockey puck has to be positioned by hand each time. These jack pucks do not: they thread in once and stay on the car at the factory points, so the arm meets a machined aluminum face whether the job is careful or rushed.

Product Details

  • Part numbers: Black [45-4-195], Red [45-4-197], Blue [45-4-196]
  • What arrives: four pucks, four nuts, one Allen key
  • Machined from: solid heavy-duty aluminum, then anodized
  • Face the arm meets: 2.5 inches across
  • Added at each point: 0.5 inch
  • How they mount: threaded into the factory jack points, semi-permanent, so they stay on the car
  • Colors: black, red or blue anodizing, one color per set

Benefits

  • Made for a car that goes up and down more than most, on a wheel swap schedule
  • Fitted once, so the twelfth lift is as safe as the first
  • Corvette jack pucks that cannot slide off the arm, because they are not on the arm
  • Machined aluminum rather than a rubber pad that takes a set over time
  • Anodized in black, red or blue, which is easy to spot from a creeper

What to Expect

  • Ten minutes on a Saturday with the supplied Allen key. Nothing drilled, nothing cut
  • Half an inch is added at each jack point, worth knowing if you use low ramps
  • Corvette jack pads this size suit a floor jack in the paddock as well as a shop lift
  • They stay put through a season of tire changes and wheel-off brake work

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. They thread into the factory jack points and live there. That is the whole point of them. You are not sliding a loose puck onto a lift arm and hoping it is centered.
Four pucks, four nuts and one Allen key. Four pucks covers all four jack points on the car, so one set does the whole Corvette.
No. They thread into the jack points already in the car and the supplied Allen key does the whole job in a few minutes.
Each puck is half an inch thick, so that much is added at the jack point only, not across the car. It is worth knowing if you use low ramps, and it changes nothing about ride height or ground clearance elsewhere.
Whichever you choose. Black is 45-4-195, red is 45-4-197 and blue is 45-4-196. All three are the same anodized aluminum puck and one color comes per set.
