Ultra’tect Outdoor Car Cover for the C6 Corvette Z06

The Covercraft Ultra’tect car cover protects your 2006–2013 C6 Corvette Z06 coupe with breathable, solution-dyed woven fabric for regular outdoor use. It is custom-cut with two mirror pockets and comes in four colors, giving a parked Z06 coverage against sun, rain and everyday dirt.

Ultra’tect uses woven WeatherMax SL fabric with color built into the fibers. A HydroMax finish on both sides adds water repellency while allowing the fabric to breathe. The midweight fabric folds away between drives and can stay in use when you move the car into the garage.

Product Details

Fabric: Solution-dyed woven WeatherMax SL with a HydroMax water-repellent finish on both sides.
Pattern and colors: C16678: Gray C16678UG, Black C16678UB, Tan C16678UT or Blue C16678UL.
Fit: Two mirror pockets, custom-cut panels and elastic front and rear hems.
Quantity: One indoor/outdoor car cover; optional zippered tote bag and lock-and-cable kit sold separately.

Benefits

Everyday outdoor protection: Helps keep sun, dirt, bird droppings and tree debris off the parked Corvette.
Water repellency: The two-sided finish helps the fabric shed rain while retaining breathability.
Color retention: Solution-dyed fibers give the material fade resistance for outdoor use.
Practical handling: The woven fabric folds away between drives and can also be used for indoor storage.

Important Notes

Rain and wind: Water-resistant does not mean waterproof. Secure the cover for normal use, inspect it for flapping and remove it before high winds or storms.
Cleaning: Wash cold with mild powder detergent in a washer without an agitator, rinse thoroughly and air-dry. Do not use a dryer, bleach or fabric softener.
Before installation: Use on a clean, dry car, let hot exhaust areas cool and keep the cover’s inner surface free of grit.
Made to order: Allow 7–10 business days before shipment, plus transit time.
Fit changes: Check aftermarket wings and body modifications with us before ordering. Remove the cover before driving or towing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which C6 Corvette Z06 years fit this Covercraft Ultra’tect cover?

The C16678 Ultra’tect pattern fits 2006–2013 C6 Corvette Z06 coupes, including the 2008 427 Limited Edition Z06 and 2011 Z06 Carbon. Each color has two mirror pockets. Modified wings or bodywork need a fit check before ordering.

Why choose an Ultra’tect cover for a Corvette parked outdoors?

Ultra’tect combines a woven, solution-dyed fabric with a water-repellent finish on both sides. It is a practical choice when you want regular protection from sun, rain and dirt, with a fabric that can also be used indoors.

What warranty comes with a Corvette Covercraft Ultra’tect cover?

Covercraft’s current Ultra’tect warranty is five years, subject to its limited-warranty terms. Proper cleaning and use are required; the warranty does not cover every kind of damage or fading.

How do I clean a Covercraft Ultra’tect cover for my Corvette?

Wash it in cold water with mild powder detergent using a suitable washer without an agitator. Rinse thoroughly, then air-dry. Do not tumble-dry Ultra’tect or use bleach or fabric softener.

Can an Ultra’tect cover stay on my Corvette in strong wind?

Remove it before high winds or storms. For normal outdoor use, secure it as directed and check for flapping; securing accessories do not make severe-wind use safe.
