The 427 Convertible pairs its 7.0L LS7 with open-top driving and a six-speed manual. V-Power’s nickel-alloy center electrode has a V-groove to support ignitability, while the copper core helps dissipate firing-end heat. This eight-plug set lets you renew the ignition’s service items together and inspect the existing plug wires during the same maintenance visit, without changing the car’s original coil-and-wire arrangement.

- Installation gap: Use 0.040 inch (1.02 mm) for the stock LS7. Measure each plug before fitting it; the supplied preset does not replace an individual gap check.
- Dry-thread fitting: Do not add anti-seize. Follow the vehicle’s tightening specification so the plug seats correctly and can transfer heat through the cylinder head.
- Service preparation: Keep dirt out of the spark-plug openings. Let the engine cool, inspect the ceramic and electrodes for damage, and start each plug carefully by hand. Check wire boots for deterioration and confirm they are securely seated when the job is finished.
