The American Car Craft 042041 Laser Mesh Front Grille gives the 2005–2013 C6 Corvette Base coupe or convertible a polished stainless-steel accent across its lower front opening. Cut from T304 stainless steel in a diamond pattern and hand-formed, this grille sits in front of the original grille. It is the Base-model version, not the grille for Grand Sport, Z06 or ZR1.
Choose it when you want the factory front end to remain recognizable with a brighter, more detailed center opening. The open diamond pattern and polished perimeter create a different appearance from a solid trim strip or horizontal billet-style bars. This is an exterior styling accessory, not a replacement bumper assembly.

Important Notes
Check the front fascia, not just the model year. Part 042041 does not fit Grand Sport, Z06 or ZR1. If the bumper has been changed, confirm the actual opening before ordering. A C6 badge or a compatible engine alone does not establish fit.
The grille installs over the factory grille without modifications. Read the installation directions, prepare the attachment surfaces and check alignment before committing the adhesive. Allow time for that preparation rather than treating adhesive attachment as a reason to rush. Driving-light covers and other accessories visible on a display car are separate products.
Use the installed front and angled photos to compare the shape and placement with your car. The separate finish sample illustrates the diamond mesh, not an extra item in the package. Part 042041 has a polished silver appearance; choose by the listed finish rather than expecting the darker appearance of a black grille.
