WeatherShield HP Outdoor Protection for the C6 Corvette Z06

When your Z06 is parked outside, a cover needs to handle more than garage dust. The Covercraft WeatherShield HP car cover gives your 2006–2013 C6 Corvette Z06 coupe breathable protection from sun, dirt and rain in a lightweight fabric that is easy to fold away between uses.

Its woven fibers have an encapsulated finish that helps water bead and shed from the surface. The fabric dries quickly and packs compactly, making it useful when you uncover the car often or want to carry the cover along. Choose from five solid colors, each cut in the C16678 Z06 pattern with two mirror pockets.

Product Details

Material: Lightweight woven WeatherShield HP fabric with an encapsulated protective finish.
Pattern: C16678 for the C6 Corvette Z06, with two mirror pockets.
Solid colors: Gray, Taupe, Black, Bright Blue and Red.
Fit features: Custom-fit shaping and elastic front and rear hems.
Package: One custom-fit car cover; bag and lock-and-cable kit sold separately.

Benefits

Outdoor coverage: Helps protect the parked Corvette from sun, dirt, tree debris and rain.
Water shedding: The treated fibers help droplets bead on the surface so the cover dries quickly.
Compact storage: The light fabric folds into a manageable bundle when it is time to drive.
Breathability: Allows moisture vapor and heat to escape from beneath the cover.

Important Notes

Water-resistant, not waterproof: Breathable fabric is not a sealed barrier. Do not expect the cover to keep the car dry in every condition.
Wind and storms: Secure the cover as directed for ordinary use and check for flapping. Remove it before high winds or storms. An optional lock and cable does not make it safe to leave the cover on in those conditions.
Care: Wash cold with mild powder detergent and use medium dryer heat. Do not use bleach, fabric softener or an agitator washer.
Made to order: Please allow 7–10 business days before shipment. Transit time is additional.
Before covering: Start with a clean, dry car and let hot exhaust areas cool. Keep the inside of the cover free of grit.
Modified bodywork: Check aftermarket wings or body changes before ordering. Remove the cover before driving or towing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this WeatherShield HP cover fit the C6 Corvette Z06?

Yes. The C16678 pattern fits the 2006–2013 C6 Corvette Z06 coupe and has two mirror pockets. Aftermarket wings or body changes need a separate fit check.

Is WeatherShield HP waterproof for my Corvette Z06?

No. WeatherShield HP resists and sheds water while remaining breathable. It is designed for outdoor use, but it is not a waterproof enclosure.

What colors can I choose for the C6 Corvette Z06 WeatherShield HP cover?

This single-color version is available in Gray, Taupe, Black, Bright Blue and Red. The color-specific part number changes, but the C16678 vehicle pattern stays the same.

Do I need to secure the WeatherShield HP cover on my Corvette when it is windy?

Yes. Secure the cover for ordinary use and inspect it for flapping, but remove it before high winds or storms. A lock and cable is not a substitute for that precaution.

How do I wash a WeatherShield HP cover for my Corvette?

Use cold water and mild powder detergent in a suitable washer without an agitator. Rinse thoroughly, then use medium dryer heat as specified for WeatherShield HP. Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
