ACS Composite Corvette Jacking Pucks - C8 Corvette E-Ray

Black 45-4-195, red 45-4-197 and blue 45-4-196 are the three colors of the ACS Composite Jacking Pucks, four anodized aluminum lift pads that thread into the factory jack points of a 2024 to 2026 C8 Corvette E-Ray, coupe and convertible. Each puck is machined from solid heavy-duty aluminum and gives a 2.5 inch lifting surface.

All-wheel drive means the E-Ray gets driven through the winter, and winter means two wheel changes a year. Snow tires on in November, summer tires back on in April, both ends in the air each time. Do that for a few seasons with a loose puck and the odds catch up. Threaded jack pucks make the seasonal swap a job rather than an event, and they stay at the factory points in between, through the salt and the wash bays.

Product Details

  • Part numbers: Black [45-4-195], Red [45-4-197], Blue [45-4-196]
  • Coverage: four pucks, which is every jack point on the car
  • Also supplied: four nuts and one Allen key
  • Construction: solid heavy-duty aluminum, machined then anodized
  • Contact face: 2.5 inches
  • Stack height: 0.5 inch
  • Mounting: threaded, semi-permanent, so they stay on the car
  • Color choice: black, red or blue, one per set

Benefits

  • Built for a car that gets lifted twice a year for a tire change, not once every spring
  • Anodized aluminum that shrugs off the salt and the wash bay in between
  • Corvette jack pucks fixed to the car, so the November swap is the same as the April one
  • A machined face rather than a rubber pad squashed by a heavy all-wheel-drive car
  • Black, red or blue, and the anodizing is the part that survives the salt

What to Expect

  • Fit them once with the supplied Allen key and forget about them for years
  • Half an inch at each jack point, worth remembering when the car is on winter tires
  • Corvette jack pads at this size give a garage floor jack a flat seat
  • Rinse the underside in spring. The pucks will not mind either way

CORVETTE COMPATIBILITY

  • Generation: C8 Corvette
  • Model: E-Ray
  • Model Years: 2024 to 2026

  • Body: Coupe and Convertible
  • Fitting point: the factory jack points, threaded, no drilling
  • Colors: Black 45-4-195, Red 45-4-197, Blue 45-4-196

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. They thread into the factory jack points and live there. That is the whole point of them. You are not sliding a loose puck onto a lift arm and hoping it is centered.
Four pucks, four nuts and one Allen key. Four pucks covers all four jack points on the car, so one set does the whole Corvette.
No. They thread into the jack points already in the car and the supplied Allen key does the whole job in a few minutes.
Each puck is half an inch thick, so that much is added at the jack point only, not across the car. It is worth knowing if you use low ramps, and it changes nothing about ride height or ground clearance elsewhere.
Whichever you choose. Black is 45-4-195, red is 45-4-197 and blue is 45-4-196. All three are the same anodized aluminum puck and one color comes per set.
